Submit your work for the exhibition: Water

Submission Guidelines

• Only photographs created using analogue processes are admitted.

• No digital photography or AI allowed.

• Minimal editing of film scans is accepted (contrast, color correction, dust removal, etc.)

• Images should be uploaded as JPEGs of at least 1000px on the short side at 300ppi.

• Each file can be no larger than 5 MB.

• Submissions will be selected for the exhibition by the Guest Curator and The Analogue Dispatch team based on quality, originality, and fit for the exhibition theme.

• Rights and permissions: 

  • The artist retains full copyright of all submitted and published work. By submitting your work to The Analogue Dispatch, you confirm that you are the sole creator of the work and hold all necessary rights, including copyright. You further confirm that the work does not infringe on any trademarks, contract rights, or other third-party intellectual property. You agree to accept full responsibility for any claims brought by third parties in relation to your submission, and to indemnify The Analogue Dispatch against any resulting costs, royalties, fees, or liabilities arising from a breach of these terms. By submitting your work, you grant The Analogue Dispatch a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish the work in print and online, and to use it in connection with related promotional activities across various media and platforms, worldwide. The Analogue Dispatch respects the moral rights of all artists and will always credit work appropriately. The Analogue Dispatch reserves the right to accept or decline submissions and to make editorial adjustments as needed prior to publication.
