1. The artist retains full copyright of all submitted and published work.

2. By submitting your work to The Analogue Dispatch, you confirm that you are the sole creator of the work and hold all necessary rights, including copyright. You further confirm that the work does not infringe on any trademarks, contract rights, or other third-party intellectual property.

3. You agree to accept full responsibility for any claims brought by third parties in relation to your submission, and to indemnify The Analogue Dispatch against any resulting costs, royalties, fees, or liabilities arising from a breach of these terms.

4. By submitting your work, you grant The Analogue Dispatch a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish the work in print and online, and to use it in connection with related promotional activities across various media and platforms, worldwide.

5. The Analogue Dispatch respects the moral rights of all artists and will always credit work appropriately.

6. The Analogue Dispatch reserves the right to accept or decline submissions and to make editorial adjustments as needed prior to publication.

7. Due to budget constraints and high printing and distribution costs, unfortunately, we are not able to offer compensation to contributing artists at this stage. However, accepted artists will receive a free digital copy of the magazine plus early access and a discount on the print edition. Thanks for your understanding as we work to grow the project and strive to keep submissions free for all participating artists.

8. We truly love seeing your work, but we receive more submissions than we can possibly fit in each issue, and as such, all work is reviewed based on quality, originality, and fit for the magazine. Due to the small size of our team, you will hear from us only if your work is selected.
