Below you’ll find our policy on shipping, delivery times, returns, and refunds.

Shipping Information

Order Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. For pre-orders or special releases, please refer to the product page for estimated dispatch dates.

Shipping Methods & Carriers:
We use reliable postal or courier services, such as PostNL, UPS, La Poste, Hermes, OSM, FedEx, Australia Post, depending on your location and the nature of the item.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
International Shipping:
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international deliveries may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes — these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as postal delays, holidays, or customs clearance.

Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to return any products you ordered from us within 14 days of the delivery date, under the EU consumer protection laws (Right of Withdrawal). If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

CREATE RETURN LABEL HERE

Once the return has been processed and the return shipping label has been created, you have 14 days to hand it over to the designated delivery company.

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at mag@analoguedispatch.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos if applicable

Refunds

If your item arrives damaged or defective, and a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

To report a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at mag@analoguedispatch.com, including the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the damage or defect

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error

  • Refunds may take up to 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank​

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please reach out to us. We will do our best to assist or track the package, but we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
